We were commissioned for the rebranding of a major real estate developer once the company had established its new name - Arealis.
As Arealis mainly concentrates on A-class premium business segment projects, our aim was to develop the company a brand expression of a future-looking cosmopolitan pioneer that would have an appeal in any geographical market it operates in. A distinct concept among a selection of identity-wise outdated competition.
